You can deploy netobserv 1.9.1-community using the provided Helm chart, as documented - also visible on ArtifactHub.
As previously stated, there is no new community release through OperatorHub. This does not apply to OpenShift customers, who continue to have their releases through the Red Hat catalog in OperatorHub.
