Bump django and urllib3 (#380)

Bump django from 3.2 to 3.2.4
Bump urllib3 from 1.26.4 to 1.26.5

Bumped manually because dependabot messes up (removes typing-extensions
dependency, not an idea why). See corresponding dependabot PRs:
