Remove broken link to non-existent article '/docs/kb/general/netwrix-software-problem-what-info-should-i-provide.md' from rolling-log fix article.

This resolves the MDX compilation error:
"Docs markdown link couldn't be resolved: (/docs/kb/general/netwrix-software-problem-what-info-should-i-provide.md)"
