Feature Request: New tab action + button

I think it would be nice for there to be a new tab action in the command palette (and/or maybe a button at the end of the tab list if possible), and the tab opens to the default flow home when running flow. Personally I have to jump around so many editing tools at work that it becomes hard to remember all the commands and everything, so being able to have that home menu is nice,

Personally, I think think my favorite solution for the "button for a new tab" would be double-clicking in the empty part of the tab bar. I'm fairly sure that's a standard shortcut for a new tab across pretty much everything that supports tabs.
