digital sync output from harp is not the same as the sync quad frequency #61
Description
In the version of the workflow with inactivation of sync signal between trials, the digital sync out signal from the harp on digital out 0 is not the same as the sync quad frequency. It has a period of around 30 seconds instead. Here you see it plotted (yellow) over the photodiode sync quad signal (blue).
