Lower legitimate OTEL-related log-level to debug instead of info #125

What would you like to be added?
There are currently a LOT of logs related to otel which really clutter the telemetry.
Would it be acceptable to move these logs to Debug level instead of Information - or even to opt-in (based on env var) instead of default?
Here's an illustration: searching logs for the last 5min returns 500+ logs with 'otel' while only 4 logs without 'otel':
