Add a chapter with tips for acquiring good videos

Several participants brought up that it would be useful to know what makes a "good" video and how to acquire it.
Perhaps we could curate a collection of data acquisition tips-and-tricks. I'm not sure we are the best people to do that, but perhaps we can do some research or solicit help from experts.
