Make the collaborations page a bit less specific

Our "collaborations" page is good, but it's gradualy going out of date. It would be good to see if it can be generalised, and made sightly higher-level so we don't need to keep updating it.

Hi @SoftSage07, I think this will need to be carried out by one of the core team, it needs an understanding of our ongoing collaborative work.

One idea I had was to mvoe away from the "aspirational" version of this, to something concrete, including:

• Specific tools we've built with others
• Tools built within the NIU ecosystem (e.g. things from the Keshavarzi lab)
