How to Extract Waveforms from This Code?

Hello,

Thank you for sharing this excellent code! I successfully ran it and obtained the spike train output. However, I couldn't find where the corresponding waveforms (associated with the detected spikes) are extracted or output.

Does anyone know if the waveform extraction is implemented in the code, or should I add it myself? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Thanks, yes, it is not currently implemented, but I am planning to do it very soon. Since I am currently developing the equivalent Python package (https://github.com/neuromechanist/emg2mu), I might add the waveform extraction/plot on that package first next week, and then add it here.
