Feedback on analysis extraction code, prompt ideas #1
Description
- a coordinate can be a part of one (and only one) analysis
- the categories can be participant groups/conditions/ OR regions being listed
- double check what is being extracted as label of analysis versus
- how should we handle analyses where there were no coordinates reported (on purpose)
- Measure difference activation/deactivations.
- extract whether the analysis was a correlation or activation
- some coordinates represent seed location (not results)
