Niki wants xrdp of great quality, out of the box, newest version !!!

So that the user logs in locally, and then via the rdp, and then locally again, and everything worked, and the files to copy-paste. And all the other wonders are the same as on Windows 10, only in Kubuntu.

You can't log the same user in to the local console and xrdp at the same time on Kubuntu.

Kubuntu uses systemd --user to support user services. This doesn't allow for two graphical sessions at once, as systemd --user only supports one DISPLAY variable.

If I log in to my local machine over ssh, systemd --user is started to support user services. It has this environment:-

There is only one DISPLAY variable. If I try to log in on the local console at the same time, I can't. Also DISPLAY gets set to :0, which breaks my xrdp session.

Do not use the same user on the console as you do on remote sessions. It won't work on modern Linux.
