Hi @gabrago xrdp hasn't allowed proper session sharing for a long time. VNC allows session sharing, but VNC only supports keyboard/mouse input and video output. When you use xrdp v0.10.x (and earlier) with the VNC backend (the Rocky default), only one of those sessions can connect to the If you need to share sessions, one way to do it is to start the session with xrdp from the main client, and use VNC over SSH to connect to the session from any other clients. |

Sorry, but in the meantime, I'd like to ask something else. |

If you're using the VNC backend, the desktop is provided by Xvnc. This will be listening on a local TCP port (e.g. 5910) for display You can use Remmina or another VNC client to log in to the xrdp machine and connect to the local TCP port. We won't be proving a configuration option to support sharing, as quite simply it doesn't work properly. This has been discussed in the past - see e.g. #1376 |

I compiled and installed the latest version (devel) of xrdp on a Rocky Linux 8.10 system.
With the latest version of xrdp, it seems like it's not possible to share sessions, and the message "another user connected to the server forcing the disconnection of the current connection" appears.
The previous version of xrdp (0.10.4) did allow session sharing.
Is it possible to make the latest version (devel) behave like the previous version (0.10.4)?
Thanks in advance.
