Feat: Download report and display image detail list on Image details page

Retrieve vulnerabilityReports, image and SBOM resource through API (Not CRD) (Ref: https://github.com/rancher-sandbox/sbombastic/blob/main/docs/installation/quickstart.md)
Display the paged data in the table
Calculate the identified CVEs column value by the counting the record from vulnerabilityReports
Make downloadable files by the 3 data resource
