[Registries configuration page] No "Stop scan" button when scan is in progress

Version: UI ext. v0.3.0 + sbomscanner v0.7.1 + Rancher Manager v2.12.3

Steps:

• Create Registry
• Go to Registries configuration page and select that registry
• Click "Start scan" button
• Make sure it's In Progress
• "Stop scan" button is not available; you could refer to the attached video.

Expected:

• "Stop scan" button should be available when scan is in progress
