[Failed to install sbomscanner] When failing to install sbomscanner, it doesn't show any waring or instructions to re-install

Version: UI v0.4.0

Steps:

• Follow the instructions to install sbomscanner
• Try to make it to fail installing
• Then in "Installed Apps" page, sbomscanner will show "Failed" state
• Then manually go to "SBOMscanner" page
• Find it doesn't show any waring (like "failed to insatll...") or any instructions to re-install

Expected:

• When failing to install, then in ""SBOMscanner" page, It should show waring (like "failed to install...") and provide instructions to user to re-install
