[Feature][Platform filter] UI needs to support Platform filter

In sbomscanner v0.8.0:

• Platform filter: You can now limit scans to specific platforms by setting the platform field in the Registry spec.

However, with UI v0.4.0 ( + sbomscanner v0.8.0), I can't find where to limit scans to specific platforms in Registry Create page or Registries configuration page...

Could you help to confirm if UI already supports this feature?
