Step1 of Project merging to kubewaden-ui: Add sbomscanner related configuration to unit test and typescript compilation

Before move the sbomscanner UI extension code into kubewarden-ui project code base, we need to add related configurations to the project for unit test isolation and reference on typescript compilaction.

Expectation: No regression issue on original kubewarden-ui's unit test and git actions
