Step4 of Project merging to kubewaden-ui: Port code from neuvector/security-ui-ext/pkg/sbomscanner into rancher/kubewarden/pkg/sbomscanner with history

1. Use git-repo-filter to filter the mono-repo
2. User git remote add to connect neuvector/security-ui-ext to rancher/kubewarden
3. Use git pull to merge the mono-repo into rancher/kubewarden
4. Confirm the commit history being along with the code.
