Bug: [Icon] UI Ext. v0.4.2 icon is wrong

This is the v0.4.2 icon in Rancher Manager v2.13 (I've tried with alpha5 and alpha8)

This is the v0.4.2 icon in Rancher Manager v2.12

Both icons above are wrong...

This is the v0.4.1 icon I met previously

Expected:
The expected icon should be the one in v0.4.1 I mentioned above ?

After fix and made a private build v0.4.3 on my own fork, the icon can be shown on the badge
