(Tom, I randomly decided to click through to this PR this AM. Maybe I'm procrastinating on other stuff??)

I feel like this pattern likely has poor precision and recall. I'm thinking of terms like "(we're|is|are) hiring" and "apply" and "looking for", etc. I wonder if we're able to find a good set of training data?
