Helm chart for newrelic-kubernetes-operator #146

Feature Description
I would love for this project to have a helm chart so that I can install newrelic-kubernetes-operator into my cluster without having to copy all these files into my own repo, and so that I can receive updates by just bumping the chart version instead of having to manually update these files in my repo when they change here.
Describe Alternatives
I don't think there are any other package managers for k8s besides helm.
