Where is documentation and package of nd_pdo_mysql install ?

I want to install nd_pdo_mysql extension for PHP, while looking for install documentation I found "nd_pdo_mysql" created by newrelic team,

but i didn't fount any documentation on how to install "nd_pdo_mysql"

could you please share link of documentaion and package so that i can install nd_pdo_mysql.
