Currently the `thumbLabel` has been aligned bit top to the thumb for the vertical slider in the storybook. Things to be fixed: Need to align `thumbLabel` vertically centre to the thumb for the vertical slider.  Linked issue: https://github.com/newscorp-ghfb/NewsKit/issues/722
