mismatch between CDNJS and latest release

Expected behavior

I'm getting a 404 error when trying to fetch hexo-theme-next version 8.23.1 from CDNJS.

Example URL (404 Not Found):

Not sure why, the latest version at cdnjs stops at v8.22.0: https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs/commits/master/ajax/libs/hexo-theme-next

It seems that cdnjs has stopped updates for all packages: cdnjs/cdnjs#14263 (comment)

We're currently unable to solve the problem. Many third-party plugins are also pinned to old versions because CDNJS is not updating: https://github.com/next-theme/plugins/pulls
