Update prisma-adapter to Prisma 7

Background

I like to keep up to date with deps. Prisma 7 was released a few days ago. I can't install it due to the peer dep from next-auth. I think there are some breaking changes that will need to be accounted for.

Proposal

I don't have specific ideas here as I am not too familiar with the codebase.
