Using NextAuth to authorize Spotify API

Currently I have my app setup to login through Spotify and with some info found here: #916 I was able to produce an access token from NextAuth. My issue is though I don't know how to pass this to an API request? I would like to retrieve a list of the users playlists with there access token once they have logged in.

I currently have this API request with some research I have done however this is to no result.
