withAuth middleware and credentials signIn doesn't redirect to callback url

Hi,

Using the withAuth middleware

export default function middleware(req: NextRequest, ev: NextFetchEvent) {
  if (req.nextUrl.pathname.includes('auth' || 'favicon')) {
    return NextResponse.next();
  }

  return withAuth(req, ev);
}

With the credentials provider and a custom signIn page which uses the signIn function
signIn('credentials', data);

However when signIn is invoked the page reloads and no redirect happens (with a successful sign in).

Can anyone tell me how to force a redirect to the callback url?
