How do I reset the provider used for an email address?

I created a user in Prisma using the discord provider then deleted the record and provider. However, upon attempting to sign in with a Google provider, I'm prompted with "To confirm your identity, sign in with the same account you used originally." at http://localhost:3000/api/auth/signin?error=OAuthAccountNotLinked. How do I remove the sign in history for an email so that I can use a different provider?

Sign in with [email protected] using Discord provider, delete Prisma record, then attempt to use Google provider.
