Auto logout after 10 minutes

Is there a way to make it so if the users does not do any activities on the website for 10 minutes or more. He gets logout.

Possible cases

1. No activity for 10 minutes such as no page change or use of session
2. Closed the browser window and did not opened the website within 10 minutes or more
