Cognito with Google SSO suddenly stopped working

I had integrated Next-Auth v3 with Cognito and using SSO with Google and everything was working fine until today where it gives me an error in the callback. The documentation says to check your provider settings but nothing has been changed since. I have attached the debug log and screen shot on the error redirection after logging in.

Here's more context on the redirect:

api/auth/callback/cognito?error_description=Error+retrieving+metadata+from+the+metadata+URL&state=1183e0a2985211dfa766bf5a64744e9ecb43530aa730652ff56c64dcc494ce35&error=server_error

Any idea on what exactly should I look for in this case?
