[NcActions] Increase border radius

It seems like it would be a good idea to do the same as #7176 did for modals to popovers actions as well.

Maybe it needs changes in both, but it would make sense to adjust the border radii of popovers in general, no?

Makes sense from the screenshot it looked like actions.
Popover is also used for tooltip like so not use if those should also be increased?

Not sure, how would that look? From what I'm thinking of, it would probably be fine but I guess I'd need to see it :)

Right, the way this is "fixed" atm for NcActions is that list items have 6px radius, which is still off by 2px, just in the other direction so it is less noticeable.

So then that should be changed to be 8px as well, to properly match.
