Editable NcAppNavigationItem traps tab navigation

Steps to reproduce:

• Have an NcAppNavigationItem like this one:

• Try using tab navigation on the element

• Focus gets trapped on this stage:

• You cannot progress further and select the pencil icon

This was observed in Calendar nextcloud/calendar#7930 but is reproducible in the Nextcloud vue documentation too
