  • This is a bug, not a question or an enhancement.
  • I've searched for similar issues and didn't find a duplicate.
  • I've written a clear and descriptive title for this issue, not just "Bug" or "Crash".
  • I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.

Steps to reproduce

These are all steps that differ from default setup on my phone.

  1. Set up instant upload (of e.g. image gallery).
  2. Wait for an initial upload.
  3. Go to uploads and pause the uploads in the top left corner.
  4. Take some new pictures.
  5. Lock and unlock screen or reconnect to the Wifi network
  6. You will notice that:
  • the icons in notification bar are rapidly moving right and back left (you can notice the offset in the screenshots), for a brief moment Nextcloud icon is shown in the first place
  • if you open the notifications panel you can see for a brief moment that a Nextcloud notification is shown with the text saying "All uploads are paused"

Expected behaviour

There should be no random notifications flashing.

Additional information

I am not completely sure if this is related to the pausing uploads feature. I can remember observing similar behavior before, probably when the app checks if there are some pending changes, but couldn't reproduce it.
