iOS - Scanned Pictures - "Error" not translated

Actions Performed

1. LaunchiOS app
2. Choose "Mehr" (more) - "Gescannte Bilder" (scanned pictures)
3. Tap edit button on any picture
4. Tap edit button at the bottom
5. Make some changes
6. Tap arrow-down button at the top
7. Tap "In 'Fotos' sichern" (save in 'photos')

Expected Result
"Error" is translated to German: "Fehler".

Actual Result
"Error" is not translated to German.
