Audio notes (attatchments) #2926

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I use actual audio notes to record small clips (not voice-dictated text) for things that are maybe pitch or timing sensitive (like quick, low-quality recordings to remember how I'm supposed to sing a verse I just wrote). Unfortunately the notes-android app doesn't support this in any way really at all. Even when using the webview to try to upload an attachment (the upload window never seems to appear, which is a separate issue).

Describe the solution you'd like

I've tested how audio notes would work on the server side of things (uploading an audio file to a note and playing it on the webapp) and it seems to work fine on my Nextcloud instance. notes-android doesn't seem to understand the attachment though. It would be great if notes-android had an interface to easily interact with these existing systems. Basically, an extra button on a note that allows you to use a simple audio recorder (nothing fancy; quality for basic notes isn't that important) to quickly record a short clip to be uploaded as a basic attachment to the current note and a means of interpreting and presenting/playing the audio attachment. If an audio clip on the current note already exists, you could prompt to ask to overwrite it or add an additional clip.

Describe alternatives you've considered

I can't think of any useful alternatives.
