Disable battery optimizations on first run #2930

Other applications request that you disable battery optimizations and warn the user that suff will break if they don't. I don't remember seeing this on the Notes app, I just configured the account and started using it. Soon sync started to fail randomly, I tried to roll back to a previous version, then I had to keep the Nextcloud app open all the time, sometimes I even had to log in with the web browser to be able to sync my notes. I hated this application with all my heart, I wanted to stop using it and wondered how such a big pile of shit had been released to the public. Then I saw Github issues that did mention sync problems due to battery optimizations, after disabling them the app works perfectly. Please warn new users about this problem when they run the app the first time. I just tried installing the app on a different device from f-droid and there is no warning at all.
