Notes Version 4.12.4 menubar missing

I have installed Notes version 4.12.4 on Nextcloud Hub 25 Autumn (32.0.2)

Steps to reproduce

1. I Installed notes notes 4.12.4 from the nextcloud app store
2. I miss the menu bar

Expected behaviour

Tell us what should happen: Visible menu bar and settings menu

Actual behaviour

Tell us what happens instead: The menu bar and settings menu are not visible and cannot be turned on.

I can confirm this happens to me when the window width is reduced. The page will reflow the panels and toolbar to make room. The toolbar moves to the bottom of the page. This causes problems if the window is full height, the toolbar is missing or cut off entirely.

I'll attach two example screenshots.
