[Bug]: PHP crashs during periodic notification check if user has no associated picture #57218

Bug description
My PHP FPM is periodically crashing with SIGSEGV when the Nextcloud desktop client is running or when I refresh the nextcloud main page after "/ocs/v2.php/apps/notifications/api/v2/notifications" request. This crash stops when I set a picture to my user account.
When crashs occur /tmp directory is filled with magick-* symlinks.
After deleting the user picture it also occurs when "/avatar/xxx/64?v=y" is called.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a user and set the picture unset or delete the user picture
- Refresh the main page
- Enjoy PHP crashing
Expected behavior
See PHP running without crash.
