User and Group column => Option to extract the teams and groups users on cell creation #2258

Using User and Group column
One can use Teams and groups to add users quickly.
This is wonderful, but this does not extract the users which are present on the date of the row creation.
By extracting teams and groups users on date of creation, only users present on the day will be added.
If people are added/removed from groups teams we might not want them to see old data has it may not concern them
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be good if there was an option to on row creation the users present in the teams and groups are extracted and put in the cell instead of the teams and groups.
