CSV Export not working in apps

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a data table
2. add a view
3. create an app and add the view
4. go to the app
5. click on the three dots a the upper right corner of the view within the app
6. click on export csv

Expected behavior

csv is beeing exported

nothing happens

Almost similar to #996, but have you checked that this behaviour only occurred in the apps. I believe #996 should be closed and this one should track the apps...

yes, it works in the "admin-area" where you create the views/tables
