Site with ad shield breaking

I have the default NextDNS ads and tracker list enabled but sites that use html-load.com seem to be breaking. Is it me is it those sites will always be broken or is there something that can be done to fix this. Basically the site looks like a site that has broken JavaScript.

This doesn't work anymore, select tag from help nextdns and there is a network there, select it and write there
