Add `threads.net` as Instagram + More about `Facebook`

Because Instagram dump all accounts to Threads, so this should count as is.

Also, in Facebook services list, why not added just facebook.com instead of few other subdomains (I see it can cover the most, but not all, e.g. you may missing 0, free, h, mobile, p, web, zero, etc.)
Also, please count discoverapp.com, expresswifi.com, freebasics.com, i.org, internet.org as part of Facebook because these domains are distributed by Facebook as Free services that cooperative with mobile carriers.
