Validate nf-prov-test reports in CI test #55
Description
The e2e test with nf-prov-test should be extended to also validate the RO-crate and BCO produced by the run:

- https://github.com/biocompute-objects/BCO_Documentation/tree/main/ieee-2791-schema
The BCO can be validated against the IEEE 2791 schema using the jsonschema tool.
