Feature request: Option to suppress seqera.io login prompts and AI features

Seqera AI requires a seqera.io account, however the core language server features can be used offline and without the assistance of AI. Additionally, some companies and countries have imposed restrictions on the use of third-party generative AI technologies. This feature would grant users the ability to opt-out of login prompts and hide or disable Seqera AI features from the command palette.

Where is it prompting you to login?

It was showing a notification on the icon above the settings gear until recently. I guess this resolved itself on its own? Will keep this open in case it reoccurs.

Are you sure that wasn't the telemetry consent? It should ask you once and then never bother you again if you accept/decline

The promptwas specifically to log into Seqera Cloud. Beyond that though, I had gotten repeated prompts for telemetry also.

It will prompt you to login if you interact with a feature that requires it, like the nf-test or wave generation. But it shouldn't prompt you out of the blue, if it does that might be bug

The telemetry consent should ask you once and then it should never bother you again once you select "yes" or "no". If you ignore it or close it then I think it will keep asking you
