Updated basemap.at TMS URLs and License information. Old URLs would seize to work starting 2024. (https://cdn.basemap.at/basemap.at_URL_Umstellung_2023.pdf)
Added two additional TMS from basemap.at:

OBERFLAECHE: shaded relief surface
GELAENDE: shaded relief terrain
