Idealised model setups: Single-column thermodynamics

We need a setup to run/test the thermodynamics and see if we can reproduce the results of Semtner and Winton (and any other models we may want to implement).

I'll start with running the current minimal setup with a single column and then create a new AtmosphereState module to mimic Semtner's and Winton's setups.
