community: Use ListResources for datasets and narratives #1283

Currently, community pages (/community and individual repo pages) use DatasetSelect to display datasets and narratives. ListResources is a newer component that replaces DatasetSelect with more features.
Blocking this on #1282 to have a precedent for how to use ListResources for both resource types.
