Bring bbduk patch from detaxizer 1.1.0 to the original nf-core module #52
Description
- The patch of the bbduk nf-core module in v1.1.0 of detaxizer (code can be found here) should be brought to the original nf-core module
- A generalized wording should be used for variables and filenames (e.g. NOT contaminated, uncontaminated, etc.)
