support for long-read rnaseq

### Description of feature

Hello! Wondering if there has been any interest in adapting this pipeline for use with long-read rnaseq? i think salmon has limited support for long-read currently, but kallisto does and could be used with SUPPA, DEXSeq and IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR. I would be excited to help out with this as it aligns with many of our team’s interests.
