fix #125

The PR adds a new section to the MultiQC reports that enables users to navigate between the global and tag-group reports.

Example (using full_tests/MiSeq_PairedEnd/SampleSheet.csv)

@pontushojer add:

   multiqc_config: false

in the lint scope of .nf-core.yml to disable the linting on the multiQC yaml file, that should do the trick
